Founder & Creative Director

Ari's passions lay at the intersection of design, entreprenuership, and storytelling. She leads the ideation and strategy behind all projects. Ari holds a Masters in City Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture. In addition to leading her nonprofit the Oakland Indie Alliance, she is also on the board of SPUR Oakland and works with Renasissance Entreprenuership Center.

Studio Manager

Cia is our Studio Manager and handles our day-to-day operations and photography studio. Cia brings 10+ years of experience in architecture management, photography (interior and portrait), content curation, working on a creative team at Airbnb, and starting her own studio. Cia’s other creative love’s are capturing shadow and light on the whim with her cell phone. You may also find hundreds of cat photos on her phone as well.

Lead Visual Designer

Saniya is our Lead Designer, a multidisciplinary designer with a diverse range of skills, she excels in 3D modeling, web development, music, and experimental design. Her interdisciplinary major combines traditional media like design and cinematic storytelling with emerging forms such as interactive immersive experiences. Saniya holds a Bachelors in Media Arts + Practice from USC.

Operations Associate

Marlena is our Operations Associate and is experienced in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management Strategy. Prior to joining Viscera Studio she worked as a marketing and advertising freelancer where she designed marketing content, built websites, and managed social media campaigns. Marlena has a Master’s in Fashion Merchandising, a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Advertising, and is fluent in English and Polish. In her free time, Marlena enjoys hot yoga and Pilates, outdoor adventures and trying the newest coffee shop in town.

Multidisciplinary Designer / Art Director

Micah's 10+ years of design experience have included launching Microsoft's in-store graphic, leading design on Sony's Reader Store, and managing creative at Sloat Gardens and Revinate.

Client Relations Manager

Sean English, Head of Customer Relations, joined the team in October 2023. He shares his expertise from his years at start-ups focused on customer relations and wisdom as an entrepreneur as a founder of a small coffee roastery (Unity.Coffee). Sean is a world traveler, a musician, and an artist. In addition to his work with Viscera Studio, he is also a Coach working with individuals to align their purpose to their everyday lives and a consultant helping businesses scale in thoughtful and meaningful ways.

Principal HR Consultant

Levi is a seasoned executive in the field of people and culture, with 15 years of experience in shaping organizational cultures towards greater empathy, inclusivity, and accountability. As a trans masculine individual and executive leader, Levi is dedicated to promoting fair access to career advancement opportunities for communities that are marginalized and excluded.

Graphic Designer

Kaitlin is an expert typographer and layout designer with other skills ranging across print, digital, motion and type design. Kaitlin holds a Bachelors in Graphic Design from San Francisco State.

Senior marketing + Strategy Advisor

Regina concepts authentic strategies and communications for companies big and small. She has worked at larger advertising firms including Ogilvy and Carol H. Williams.

Web designer + Photographer

Joshua has a wide skill set as a photographer and digital marketer. His experience ranges from brand launches to campaign planning and execution to music and drone videography.

Branding + Social media

Brittany is a brand magician with a flair for creating memorable brands with a strong voice. She also has a passion for photography and holds a Bachelor's in Photography from California College of the Arts.
