Ari's passions lay at the intersection of design, entrepreneurship, and storytelling. She leads the ideation and strategy behind all projects. Ari holds a Masters in City Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture. In addition to leading her nonprofit the Oakland Indie Alliance, she is also on the board of SPUR Oakland and works with Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.

Senior Marketing + Strategy Advisor

Regina Brown is a seasoned Sr. Creative Strategy/Advisor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in developing authentic, creative, and culturally conscious brand strategies. She has worked with renowned organizations including Women for Women International, Siegel & Gale, Weeksville Heritage & Arts Center, CBSi, and E! Networks, among others. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Howard University and writing studies at NYU, Regina is known for her groundbreaking strategic ideas that drive societal impact, growth, and longevity. She is also passionate about wellness and community advocacy, serving on the Board of Directors for Bay Area organizations focused on community upliftment.

Multidisciplinary Designer / Art Director

Micah's 10+ years of design experience have included launching Microsoft's in-store graphic, leading design on Sony's Reader Store, and managing creative at Sloat Gardens and Revinate.

Graphic Designer

Kaitlin is an expert typographer and layout designer with other skills ranging across print, digital, motion and type design. Kaitlin holds a Bachelors in Graphic Design from San Francisco State.

Web designer + Photographer

Joshua has a wide skill set as a photographer and digital marketer. His experience ranges from brand launches to campaign planning and execution to music and drone videography.

Branding + Social media

Brittany is a brand magician with a flair for creating memorable brands with a strong voice. She also has a passion for photography and holds a Bachelor's in Photography from California College of the Arts.
